B. Registration

Participants must provide accurate and complete information when registering for any program. The name provided during registration will be used for certification purposes.

C. Payments

Program fees must be paid in full before the start of the program unless otherwise specified. Payment processing may be handled by secure third-party payment providers.

D. Certification

Certificates are issued to participants who meet the program requirements, including attendance, assessments, or project submissions where applicable.

E. Intellectual Property

All program materials, presentations, and learning resources provided by ISERM remain the intellectual property of the institute and may not be reproduced, distributed, or reused without written permission.

F. Program Changes

ISERM reserves the right to modify program schedules, instructors, or delivery format if necessary to maintain program quality.

G. Limitation of Liability

ISERM is not responsible for technical issues related to participants' devices, internet connectivity, or external platforms used for program delivery.

ISERM is committed to protecting the privacy of its users and participants. This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected and used when users interact with the website or register for programs.

  • Professional information (organization or job title)
  • Payment information (processed through secure third-party providers)

↩️ Refund & Cancellation Policy (Professional Programs)

This policy applies to all professional programs offered by ISERM.

A. Participant Cancellation

Participants who cancel their registration at least 7 days before the program start date may request a refund of the program fee minus any applicable transaction or administrative fees. Cancellations requested less than 7 days before the program start date are generally not eligible for a refund. Participants may request a one-time transfer to a future cohort of the same program when available.

B. No-Show Policy

Participants who do not attend the program and do not notify ISERM before the start date will be considered a no-show, and the registration fee will not be refunded.

C. Program Rescheduling

If a participant cannot attend the scheduled cohort, they may request a one-time transfer to a future cohort subject to availability.

D. Program Changes by ISERM

ISERM reserves the right to modify program schedules, instructors, or delivery format when necessary to maintain program quality. If a program is cancelled by ISERM, participants will be offered either a full refund or a transfer to the next available cohort.

E. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

F. Certificate Policy

Certificates are issued by ISERM upon successful completion of program requirements.

  • 1. Certificate Eligibility: Participants must meet program requirements, which may include: minimum attendance requirements, completion of assessments or assignments, submission of project work (when applicable).
  • 2. Participant Information: Certificates will be issued using the name provided during registration. Participants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their name.
  • 3. Certificate Format: Certificates are issued in digital format. Printed certificates may be provided in specific cases.
  • 4. Verification: ISERM may maintain records of issued certificates and may provide certificate verification services to employers or institutions when requested.
  • 5. Academic Integrity: Certificates may be revoked if evidence of academic misconduct, plagiarism, or violation of program policies is identified.

🎓 Academic Mentoring Policies

1. Academic Mentoring Policy

ISERM provides structured academic mentoring to support postgraduate students, researchers, and professionals engaged in academic research. Mentoring may include guidance in: research topic development, research methodology, literature review strategy, data interpretation, academic writing structure, thesis preparation, thesis defense preparation. Academic mentoring supports independent research development. ISERM mentors provide guidance and feedback only. Participants remain responsible for producing their own academic work. ISERM does not provide ghostwriting services.

2. Research Integrity Statement

ISERM is committed to upholding academic integrity and responsible research practices. Mentoring services support the development of independent research skills and intellectual responsibility. ISERM does not engage in: ghostwriting, plagiarism, data fabrication, academic misconduct. Participants are expected to comply with the academic policies of their universities and institutions.

3. Academic Mentoring Approach

ISERM mentoring focuses on strengthening: research methodology, analytical thinking, academic reasoning, academic writing clarity. Mentoring is collaborative and aims to develop independent researchers.

4. Academic Mentoring Process

  1. Initial Inquiry: Participants submit an inquiry describing their academic situation.
  2. Academic Orientation: An orientation discussion may be arranged to understand research needs.
  3. Mentoring Plan: A structured mentoring plan may be proposed.
  4. Mentoring Sessions: Sessions are conducted online with preparation from participants.
  5. Ongoing Development: Participants apply guidance independently throughout their research.

5. Eligibility & Engagement Guidelines

Academic mentoring is designed for: Master's students, doctoral candidates, researchers, professionals engaged in research projects. Mentoring complements but does not replace university supervision.

6. Academic Mentoring Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • A. Nature of the Service: Academic mentoring is a customized advisory service delivered through scheduled sessions.
  • B. Cancellation Before Mentoring Begins: Participants who cancel before the first session may request a refund minus administrative or transaction fees.
  • C. Session-Based Services: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be considered used sessions due to preparation time already invested by the mentor. Sessions cancelled within this timeframe are not eligible for refund. Participants may request one transfer of a session to another time subject to mentor availability. Participants who do not attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be considered no-shows, and the session will be counted as completed.
  • D. Mentoring Packages: For multi-session packages: Unused sessions may be refunded upon request. Sessions already conducted are non-refundable.
  • E. Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled when necessary subject to mentor availability.
  • F. Program Changes: ISERM may adjust mentoring schedules or assign an alternative mentor if necessary.
  • G. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed through the original payment method when possible.
  • H. Mentoring Outcomes: Academic mentoring does not guarantee academic outcomes such as thesis approval, publication acceptance, or academic grades. Universities and academic institutions retain full authority over academic evaluation.
