Participants may request a one-time transfer to a future cohort of the same program when available.
Participants who do not attend the program and do not notify ISERM before the start date will be considered a no-show, and the registration fee will not be refunded.
If a participant cannot attend the scheduled cohort, they may request a one-time transfer to a future cohort subject to availability.
ISERM reserves the right to modify program schedules, instructors, or delivery format when necessary to maintain program quality. If a program is cancelled by ISERM, participants will be offered either a full refund or a transfer to the next available cohort.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Certificates are issued by ISERM upon successful completion of program requirements.

Mentoring may include guidance in: research topic development, research methodology, literature review strategy, data interpretation, academic writing structure, thesis preparation, thesis defense preparation. Academic mentoring supports independent research development. ISERM mentors provide guidance and feedback only. Participants remain responsible for producing their own academic work. ISERM does not provide ghostwriting services.

ISERM does not engage in: ghostwriting, plagiarism, data fabrication, academic misconduct. Participants are expected to comply with the academic policies of their universities and institutions.
