1. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

Professional Programs

Participants who cancel their registration in accordance with the Cancellation Policy may be eligible for a refund of the program fee, less any applicable transaction or administrative fees.

If ISERM cancels a program, participants will be offered either:

• A full refund; or
• A transfer to the next available cohort of the same program.

Academic Mentoring

Academic mentoring is a customized advisory service delivered through scheduled sessions.

Participants who cancel an academic mentoring service in accordance with the Cancellation Policy may be eligible for a refund, less any applicable transaction or administrative fees.

For mentoring packages, unused sessions may be refunded upon request. Sessions already conducted are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a refund, participants must notify ISERM by email at programs@iserm-institute.com before the applicable cancellation deadline.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on the issuing bank or payment provider.

Exceptions

Refunds are generally not available for:

• Programs that have already commenced.
• Digital educational content once access has been provided.
• Assessments, examinations, or certification services already completed.
• Mentoring sessions that have already been delivered.
• No-show participants.

2. Cancellation Policy

Professional Programs

Participants may cancel their registration at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled program start date.

Cancellation requests received less than 7 calendar days before the scheduled program start date are generally not eligible for a refund.

Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to programs@iserm-institute.com.

Academic Mentoring

Participants who wish to cancel an academic mentoring service may request cancellation at least 5 business days before the first scheduled mentoring session.

Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to programs@iserm-institute.com.

Participants who do not attend a scheduled mentoring session without prior notice will be considered no-shows, and the session will be counted as completed.

3. Exchange Policy

ISERM does not offer product exchanges. Instead, participants may request a one-time transfer or rescheduling under the following conditions:

Professional Programs

Participants who cannot attend their scheduled cohort may request a one-time transfer to a future cohort of the same program, subject to availability.

Academic Mentoring

Individual mentoring sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to mentor availability.

Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be considered used sessions due to the preparation time already invested by the mentor and are generally not eligible for a refund.

Participants may request one transfer of a mentoring session to another date or time, subject to mentor availability.

ISERM may also reschedule mentoring sessions or assign an alternative mentor when necessary to maintain service quality or due to operational circumstances.

ISERM reserves the right to modify program schedules, instructors, delivery formats, or mentoring arrangements when necessary to maintain program quality or due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

4. General Conditions

• Refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.
• Transaction fees, payment processing charges, or administrative fees may be deducted where applicable.
• ISERM reserves the right to review and assess each refund, cancellation, or rescheduling request in accordance with this policy.
• This policy is provided to clearly inform participants of their rights and responsibilities prior to registration or purchase.
